Theza Friedman you are the BEST REALTOR one can ever ask for. I hardly write reviews but this I wanted to. We took a pause and gave the reigns to Theza. With us not being in town it was so important to get someone I can absolutely trust. She never once pushed me on anything, listened to all my inputs. Those who know me, know that I am a little perfectionist and want everything detailed and aggressively done - sitting on follow ups is not my thing. With Theza I didnt have to send her a reminder text even once. She ran the show. She went above and beyond. Whether it was waiting out late in the evening for work to be done at the house, to checking on the house several times after the crazy stormy weather, she is the best!!! Best part is, she went out of her way and did all that on her own. I recommend her with all my heart. Absolute pleasure to work with.
