Theron is amazing and super knowledgeable! He helped us navigate finding the perfect place for us here in Colorado as we are not from here. It didn't matter that it took almost 2 years of randomly seeing houses, he was on top of it the whole time! He's very knowledgeable about not only the areas but also houses themselves. He would give us rough estimates of costs for repairs in any of the houses that we saw so that we had a starting basis to know if it was something we wanted to take on or not. We've had our new home for a week now and absolutely are in love with it! He saw the moment we walked into this house that it was what we wanted and really fought for us during the offer process and closing process. He helped get professionals for the quick but important repairs set up the day of closing so that we could have those done before moving in.
