We would not recommend Teresa based on our experience. She lacked professionalism and worst in customer service. Because of Teresa, we lost an opportunity to buy a home. She encouraged us to submit an offer that was $160,000 above the listing priceaEUR"which we disagreed. Ultimately, the property sold for much less than what she had advised, which made it clear that our interests were not being prioritized. It felt like her focus was more on maximizing her commission than protect buyer interests. I recommend working with an agent who is trustworthy and truly advocates for the buyer, and Teresa is definitely not one among them.
