I would be honored to help you buy and/or sell real estate in this area! I am a native of Western North Carolina, and have a passion for the forests, parks and mountains and all they have to offer. I can help you buy and sell in Brevard, Etowah, Pisgah Forest, Penrose, Lake Toxaway, Arden, Fletcher, Mills River, and the surrounding areas. I have 16 years experience in the Real Estate industry. I got started as a real estate investor, and eventually I became so interested in the field I decided to get my NC real estate license. I am now a full time career agent. As a broker with Exit Mountain Realty, I have access to some of the most powerful marketing tools available to real estate agents to take advantage of the explosion of interest in using the internet to research and buy and sell properties. I would love to put these tools to use for you! I am so pleased to work in a firm with a full time photographer and videographer who helps me make my clients' properties look awesome! I have been serving as the Broker-In-Charge for Exit Mountain Realty for over two years- chosen for this role because of my attention to details. I am a member in good standing of the following: Land of The Sky Association of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 34 years, and we have two sons who are both in college. I have served as president of the BMS PTO, den leader for cub scouts for several years, swim meet timer, president of the BHS band parents association, secretary for VBS for 15 years, and various other volunteer activities for the churches and schools with which we have been involved. I love to read, go for long walks/hikes, and travel! I help buyers and sellers in Transylvania, Henderson, and Buncombe Counties, and sometimes beyond- and I would be delighted to help YOU!

Outstanding and ethical agent that kept her word on everything and did an incredible job of representing me as I was moving cross country to the area. Over the past five years, my wife and I have been fortunate enough to get to know Theresa and her husband. They are all-around solid individuals that you can count on to be of the highest integrity.Recently my wife and I worked closely with Theresa to list our house. After further discussions between my wife and I we decided to change directions and not list our home. Throughout the entire process Theresa was awesome! She was timely, great at follow-up and knows the in's and out's of real-estate like a professional that she is. Theresa even went as far as suggesting we just let friends, family and neighbors know that we are preparing to sell in case they knew someone who would purchase before we listed the home to potentially save on some realtor fees. How many realtors would even give that as an option?? She was looking out for our best interest!Theresa is knowledgeable, efficient, honest and with great resolve. I can not say enough wonderful things about Theresa and my buying experience with her. She has the special ability to make you feel like you are her only client, which is always far from the truth. She not only found the perfect place for me but she kept me calm during my freaking out spells which happened more than I would like to admit.
