We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Theresa and HIGHLY recommend her. As first-time home buyers we were unaware of the process and really only defined the location where we wanted to purchase a home. Theresa helped us identify the type of home best suited to our needs and shared many options, continuing to help us narrow down what would work best for us. She was incredibly attentive to our feedback and responsive to any questions we had (Responses came within minutes or in some instances seconds!). She immediately contacted us when there was a price reduction on a home we were interested in and within a day we had our offer accepted. She then guided us through all steps of the purchase process and made it so easy and seamless that the closing almost seemed anticlimactic. Not only is she well versed in the real estate market but she also has many valuable contacts including home inspectors, real estate attorneys, plumbers, contractors, etc., that she or her clients have used and vetted that she willingly shares. She also provided us with great information on stores, restaurants and entertainment options in the area so we already felt as though we were part of the community before we moved in. We are incredibly thankful for all of her insight and guidance and just thrilled she was able to help us find our dream home!

We happened upon Theresa at an open house. Without any pressure and on her own she looked up several properties that we should look at since her open house was not a fit for us. In other words she was simply helpful and kind to two strangers. We were so impressed that we reached out to her some days later.She provided us with her local knowledge and forwarded listings without any commitment from us. Theresa Dillon of Weichert Realtors, Morris Plains, NJ was the real estate for the recent sale of our home. She was very professional in very step of the way. Theresa explained the entire process to us from getting our home ready, open house, media coverage, to final sale.
