ZillowVERIFIEDMr. Fulger may be good at traditional buyers agent and listing agent real estate but I can not emphasize enough to avoid buying a house that Mr. Fulger owns and is aEURoeflippingaEUR?! I purchased a home that he was a listing agent and owner of and it was difficult to work with him but worse yet there were so many issues in the home Ive put tens of thousands of dollars in it from electrical, safety issues, hidden plumbing issues, wood, rot, exterior, and much more. Mr. Fulger hirad workers that did very poor remodeling in the home. They put in LVP flooring and never clean the floor below it or put a pad in it so all these I'm assuming stones or a piece of concrete are poking up through and cracking the LVP flooring throughout the whole home. Some of the boards are sinking because theres no level padding underneath. Electrical outlets were not properly working and wires were exposed behind outlets. There were several things that his contractor/handyman just put a band-aid on to sell the home that were hazards. Avoid buying a home from this aEURoeflipperaEUR?! Save yourself a ton of money after the purchase and headache and not buy a home that is owned by Mr. Theo Fulger
