I cant say enough positive things about this home buying experience, due to Thelma! Thelma was amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home, especially first time buyers. My husband and I were first time home buyers, and Thelmas honesty and guidance was exactly what we needed. We felt like we had no idea what to expect or what we were looking for. Thelma made sure we knew her first priority was getting us into a house we loved, not to sell us on the first house we saw. She gave us insights of what to look for and what would cost us to fix, even pulling local quotes for repairs that may need to be made to the house so we knew what we were in for. She was extremely knowledgeable in the entire home buying process and works on a lot of home renovations, herself as well. She was able to use her knowledge to explain the ins and outs of the entire process and give advice on how renovations should be made, how much they would cost, and how long they would take to complete which was so important to make sure we didnt get in over our heads in unexpected costs and work. She negotiated for and got every concession we asked for. She picked up the phone any time we called or texted, day or night, and was ready to help us immediately!
