Between the young team Keller Williams and a Keller Williams agent they cost me over 10,000 dollars and doesn't think it's his agents fault when he new 3 days in advance that the lady's money who supposedly bought my house was tied up in court. Instead of telling me when he knew. I called title company 15 minutes before they got here to sign closing paperwork, title should up I signed the paperwork the. I left for to go to Texas. I get a phone call from his agent when I was Kentucky stating that the buyers money is in court. I lost the house in Texas, all the money I put on the house, the inspections, U-haul and trailer, and many other things to move. This Josh guy acted like it wasn't his agent fault, nor his because he took over the transaction. He blamed everyone else except who was at fault. I had to hire an eviction lawyer to evict her from my house so I can move in. Another fee, along with 1500 to stay at an hotel until she got out. Dealing with these guys gave me a bad taste in my mouth for realtors. There program about buying your house is a false statement. Stay away from these guys and Keller Williams realtors or you will get screwed.

I can't thank Andra enough for all her guidance during the process of purchasing our home and transition to a new state. She's friendly, honest, smart, quickly responsive and most importantly she's a very good human being! Having to do a large part of this process while being in another state, I felt confident knowing she was by our side to help us.
