Lee Maurer represented this first-time home buyer when I bought a condo in September 2025. I read books about homebuying, but there's what's in the books, and then there's reality. I could predict very little about this whole process and Lee did everything he could to explain what I didn't understand and to facilitate my buying a home. He attended the inspection of the property and also observed the rooftop inspection of the AC. He made sure that property damaged by the home inspector was restored to its proper condition. He was an ally in the process; this I appreciate.
