We have had the opportunity to work with Jamie Tingen twice. First, he helped us sell two townhouses in 2022. Not only were we able to sell them we got a very fair value. We were able to sell them within a month of working with Jamie. Our next venture was with our house. We knew it would be a challenge in the 2023 environment but Jamie was able to pull off another miracle with the sale going through in Oct 2023.
