Sabrina, a native of Jacksonville, has seen the city grow up around her. Prior to Sabrina's Real Estate Career she was a graduate with Honors at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and majored in Advertising Design. Sabrina's professional career in Jacksonville includes insurance sales, marketing sales and was the Art Director for a large insurance company. With her background and experience, she has a great ability to work with people and made a smooth transition into her Real Estate Career which she began in 2003. Justin, also a native of Jacksonville, graduated High School with a Scholarship and went to The University of North Florida. Realizing that he was a natural negotiator and always had an entrepreneurial spirit, he decided to change his career and went straight into Real Estate in 2004. The Mother and Son duo have accomplished designations that include Graduating from The Real Estate Institute (GRI), completing the Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) course, and earning their Relocation Certification. Justin and Sabrina go above and beyond to help in both the selling and buying of properties. We have worked with them on the buying of two places and the selling of another and would not use anyone else. Justin is very easy going and knowledgable. He is flexible on his hours and really helped us out with the last sale. He sold our property in 10 days (through a holiday) while similar properties are still hanging out on the market. He presents the numbers clearly and sets the appropriate expectations. I would not hesitate to work with Justin and Sabrina in the future. You will not be disappointed. Justin is a super-knowledgeable and helpful Realtor. We were pretty aggressive in looking for a new home and would let Justin know of any listings that would pop up that interested us. He was always timely in looking into the listing and scheduling a showing. When looking at a house he always pointed out important facts that he noticed (good/bad) so it was always a learning experience. Justin and Sabrina make a great team, and with their assistant Melanie, you can not go wrong in letting the Get Smart team find you a home or sell your home.

Justin and his team were extremely helpful in my first time home buying experience. Justin is very knowledgeable and was able to let me know exactly what to look for in certain home and how much certain repairs would cost post closing. He was not pushy at all and actually cautioned me about buying certain homes. He helped to keep me motivated through the numerous offers that fell through. He was recommended by a friend who also had a 5 star experience with him and they were absolutely right!Justin was very responsive and was able to move quickly and get the paperwork together when offers were made. He kept me informed every step of the way and has done a great job of following up after the closing to ensure I am happy with my new house. I highly recommend him and his team for any home buyer/seller out there. They made this experience easy and as least stressful as possible!
