Kym was great to work with. She helped me understand that purchasing land required more than the regular due diligence. Because she was so knowledgeable, I was able to avoid stapping into a huge money pit because of wetlands. The lot I was looking at would have been a huge drain if I had moved forward. Rather than "Get the Sale", she was more interested in protecting me. That kind of integrity is hard to find!
