It was a total pleasure working with James to purchase an absolute gem of a home! In our search he was able to find houses that matched what we were looking for, then work with us to create a buying strategy tailored to our financial situation. He provided a very honest description of the current market for buyers and navigated the buying process with ease. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how trivial, and very flexible to arrange showings that worked for us. We plan to be in our current home for some time, but when/if we decide to move again, we would surely look to work with James again. Once we were ready to sell our old house, James handled nearly everything. From the initial listing, to showings, to sorting bids, James took practically all of the stress out of selling a home. His referrals for house-staging and junk removal were spot on, and he just really knew what it took to get the most for the house with the least amount of investment. Once a bid was accepted, all we had to do was let the lawyers and underwriters to do their work and wait for the check. We would absolutely recommend James to any other potential buyers or sellers!
