I couldnt be happier with the Blood Team! Debbie is a fantastic agent and a really nice person. She had a very good feel for what was happening in the market at the time we listed my home for sale, and everything happened pretty much how she said it would. There was one thing that I was pretty concerned about during the sale. Debbie didnt think there was anything to worry about and in the end she was right. She sold my home quickly and above asking, and went above and beyond what she had to do for us in one instance in particular.Sandy is a great person to work with as well. I didnt have the pleasure of meeting her in person, but her communication was great, she answered all my questions and the whole process went smoothly.The listing photos looked great. Sign in the yard looked great. Blood team is a cool name!Its not a hard thing to sell a home in this market. But this is still a group of polished professionals that go out of their way to provide a white gloves service to their clients, and theyre not charging any more commission than anyone else. They even have a moving truck theyll let you use. If youre listing with a realtor I think youd be lucky to have them.
