Kasha was fabulous from the go! I emailed a random agent to see a house where I didn't have an agent to see one house. She got right away and had already done the research to answer the questions from my email i.e zoning, permits for work done, possibilities or plans for the vacant lots across the street. We had a great experience working with Abby throughout the entire home buying process. She's very knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of, and really understands how it all comes together. We worked with her on what we were looking for and what we had in mind, and she helped by sending updates as soon as houses became available to the market. That's very important, as houses around here sell quick, and so that made the search for houses even easier.She provided many resources after we purchased our home, such as contractors who were well trusted and also do great work, and home lenders who know the market that we're in. Our home inspector that she connected us with, helped point out everything that was good/bad/needed work.... Everything. So that went a long ways in just knowing what to expect from a maintenance standpoint as we got into the home. The kind of inspector that, if he or she saw something that was a potential nightmare for a home-buyer, he or she would have recommended that we re-consider even buying the place to begin with. That goes a long way in direction of what's right versus what doesn't make sense.Abby made the whole process very stress-free, which was the opposite of what we were expecting, with one of us being a first time home buyer. The perception of home-buying can be daunting with all of the paperwork, searching, trying to find what's right, but Abby made it all super easy by just being patient, understanding that there are challenges, pinpointing those challenges and explaining the processes, and also by being able to convey EVERYTHING in a simple way that made sense.There were some negotiations that were taken care of, and Abby also made this easier by educating us on what to do in how to help and by doing our part as well, we all worked together to negotiate down to a price that made even better sense to begin with. That was a huge win, and although not all negotiations may necessarily go that direction, Abby's experience in how to get there helped set us up by giving us the tools needed to work with her on that part of the purchase.We've built an everlasting relationship with Abby since day 1, and we highly recommend her for all future home buyers.
