From day one Terry treated me as if I was his only client, he answered all my questions and explained in detail anything I didnt understand. Terry never failed to answer his phone or return my call if he was unavailable, he arranged showings to give me adequate time to tidy up and always let me know how the showing went. Terry has a wonderful photographer who did an awesome job, I couldnt have been any happier with the photos and how well they represented my home. From listing to sold Terry did not disappoint! Terry communicated through my agent the seller accepted my offer. He delayed over 24 hours and came bake with we got another offer of 10k over asking price the seller wants to accept. He did alot of back and forth verbal negotiations with us rather then filling out the proper paperwork. Since he didn't deliver the accepted offer paperwork we lost the home. DO NOT TRUST THIS MANS WORD!

My experience with Terry Osborne and the Lewis Group consisted of the purchase and sale of several properties. I found Terry to be exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the transactions, listing, negotiating, inspection, lending and closing processes.Terry had advised that we put two of the properties on the Multiple Listing Service as non-active for a week, listing them as "Coming Soon." This generated considerable beforehand interest in the properties. Within two hours of the listing becoming active, we received a cash purchase offer and the other property was under contract in less than three days. We received a contract on an additional property before being listed.Terry and the Lewis Osborne group were very good at researching the properties, determining a reasonable Value range, marketing and handling all aspects of the transaction. They were always very responsive and returned our calls quickly, Terry's prior career in construction helped considerably with advising us on possible issues and he even went out of his way on two occasions to assist me with some repairs.I would and will highly recommend Terry Osborne and the Lewis Osborne group for all aspects of your real estate needs.
