I work as a full time Broker Associate and have for the last 15+ years. The areas that I represent are along the Florida panhandle that have both a strong military presence and a large resort community.

The Armed Forces market has allowed me to assist our Armed Forces to find homes when moving into area, as well as helping families as they move on to another base (PCS). Many of my military Sellers are on a tight timeline to get their home sold, so with accurate pricing and marketing I have been able to achieve this goal for them. Many are first time Buyers using their VA financing benefits. My knowledge of VA financing allows me to counsel the Buyers on both purchase as well as financing.

While working for Buyers and Sellers of resort condominiums and homes has allowed me to work for both investors as well as second home vacation owners. Financing of investment property can at times be a daunting proposition, I have specific lenders that are familiar with this type of financing.

Many of my clients are not here to see their purchases prior to closing so I have found ways through live online tours, video, or photos to bring the homes to the Buyers. I have developed a select group of lenders, inspectors, contractors, and title companies to bring an exceptional experience to my clients.
