About Terry Naber

Terry entered the world of Real Estate in 1990, when Colorado Springs was officially designated as the "Repo Capital of the United States" due to the number of foreclosures. That was the worst time in history to become an agent in the area. But Terry knew from bad experiences in real estate that there had to be room for an agent who came from a "client advocate" mindset, instead of a "super sales-person" -using high pressure sales tactics, instead of delivering great service and real, lasting benefits to clients. Immediately buyers and sellers noticed and appreciated the difference, and she was successful at a time when agents were leaving town or selling cars and furniture-but not real estate. She has a passion for taking care of clients and "doing what it takes" to protect them, guide them, and support them through the stressful process of buying and selling homes. In 1996, Terry joined RE/MAX Properties to give her clients the best possible service, and the best education for her. It was and is the top selling Real Estate company in Colorado since 1996, so has more to offer in marketing, education and client service. It helps her do the very best job for her clients, and keeps her at the pinnacle of the industry in education and marketing. Awards: Terry has won awards every year since 1990. Terry was great!We went from casual house shopping to serious shopping to "we have no idea what we want" house shopping over the past 10 months. Terry was incredibly helpful (and patient!) in each phase of our search. What we really appreciated was her honesty and insight based on her years of experience. She pointed out aspects of houses - both good and bad - that we never would have noticed. She was always quick to respond and helpful. When we found "the ONE" she kept us calm throughout the buying process and made it just about as easy as it could have been. I'd recommend her to anyone, but particularly first-time buyers who might need a bit of guidance and support, as we did.
