    Terry entered the world of Real Estate in 1990, when Colorado Springs was officially designated as the "Repo Capital of the United States" due to the number of foreclosures. That was the worst time in history to become an agent in the area. But Terry knew from bad experiences in real estate that there had to be room for an agent who came from a "client advocate" mindset, instead of a "super sales-person" -using high pressure sales tactics, instead of delivering great service and real, lasting benefits to clients.
