ZillowVERIFIEDWe moved up to Knoxville from Chattanooga and Terry helped us find a nice place. We are still happy with our house 2+ years later. During the hunt for the house we were getting a little frustrated just that we couldnt find our ideal home for our budget. When we finally found one listed at $165k I wanted to offer $159k and maybe go up to $161k. She told me that the seller had the house on the market for awhile and had already had some interest in it that fell through. They probably wouldnt go down all the way to $159k, but we should try the $161k. The seller accepted the price immediately which came as a surprise to me. I had to go through a lot of back and forth on the price of my previous home. I wondered if maybe we could have gone a little lower, but honestly Im glad we were able to get the deal done quickly. The whole process went smoothly and Im glad Terry was there for us.
