Terri has extensive knowledge of the Chapin area and the realtor profession as she has decades of experience in the area. The fact that her husband is a home builder gives her added depth in that area allowing her to judge house condition and what it would take to fix or improve things better than other realtors that I have worked with. Our experience with Terri through our entire process, through closing, was exceptional and unmatched.
