6/17/2024 Sold in Coatesville PA, West Caln Twp I finally got around to doing this - only a month after I moved! Working with Terri was a great experience. She knows her stuff and knows how to bring you top dollar for your house! How I found her is the best story - i was waiting in line at the Post Office and (as usual) struck up a conversation with the others in line. I was sking questions about the local area, as i had moved to PA almost a year earlier. The very nice lady in front of me mentioned her daughter was a real estate agent and gave me some local information. i asked her to have her daughter get in touch with me, as I had decided I would probably relocate again the following year to get a bit closer to my kids. Terri called me a few days later and we had a long conversation about my house and why i would want to leave it. There were a few reasons, but I definitely wanted to get closer to my kids in New Jersey. Terri kept in touch every few months until I was finally ready to list. She came by to see the house, then gave me a "to do" list for pictures and the open house. When I saw the pictures, even I wondered why i was leaving such a beautiful place! Terri's team is very professional, and they go the extra mile to make sure you accomplish your sale the way you want it. Terri makes your home sale easy, and I have made a new east coast friend!
