We had been able to provide Terri with our wishlist and were not having luck finding a home - especially since the homes that we liked were pretty much gone before we could see them. Terri was able to take our wishes and make them come true in directing us to a brand new home which we love. It was the best decision and she was able to explain the entire process to us and work with the builder on our behalf at times. Her knowledge not just of the process, but also the surrounding areas was extremely helpful in selecting where we lived, especially since we were moving from out of town. Terri was extremely prompt in her responsiveness (even late on Sunday evenings) and always willing to answer any questions (we had plenty being first-time homebuyers). She took time to FaceTime with us and showed us the properties and she went above and beyond to make sure we got the pre forclousur house. She was even present for our inspection day and even after we bought the house she took the Plummer to fix a problem. We can not thank her enough.
