Terri Boyer

We fell in love with the High Country after our first vacation here in 2008. We had such a connection to the area after many vacations, and even an engagement, that we decided to make it our permanent home! We met in college at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida where Terri received her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education as well as her Masters of Education in Reading Education and Derek received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. He later went on to receive his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from South University-Tampa. Terri taught fourth grade for a couple of years and spent a year teaching middle school reading before deciding to stay at home with their first daughter, Savannah. Derek is a retired Physician Assistant, during his practice, his primary areas were Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. Terri and Derek have 3 children: Savannah, Paisley, and Maverick along with 2 German Shorthaired Pointers: Brownie and Happy. Our passion for real estate sprouted from our own home buying and selling experiences. We found a connection to all the intricacies that come with buying and selling and how confusing and overwhelming it can be to buyers and sellers. We quickly realized it was important to have a knowledgeable Realtor who was not only an expert in their craft, but who was also willing to explain in detail all the steps along the way, answering all our questions. That was the moment we knew we wanted to help people with likely the largest purchase/sale, and possibly financial decision they may ever make in their lives and to see the joy we help bring to buyers and sellers upon handing a buyer their new keys or a seller their return on investment! Originally, we started our real estate career in the state of Florida and are familiar with multiple markets between the states. Buying and selling a home can be stressful.
