Terri helped us sell our house during our recent relocation out of state. We interviewed more than one Realtor for listing our house and Terri was hands down more knowledgeable and pro-active than the others. She was very meticulous and carefully went over the process of a house sale ( our first) in great detail. She had all the numbers and stats about the market and gave us exact reasoning for the price she thought we should ask, surprisingly it was more than what i was estimating our house would go for. From the listing photos to the virtual staging, everything was done quickly and smoothly. She was very involved throughout the whole listing process and just as she hadA predicted, we got an offer in less than a week on the market. Her knowledge of the area market and timing really helped us get the best price for our house. We were able to sell the house just before the pandemic lockdown happened, and if it wasn't for Terri working on getting the listing ready so quickly, we would still be waiting. We decided to upgrade to a bigger house as our kids were growing up. A friend referred Terri to us. The friend had a terrific relationship with Terri and knew we would have the same. Why we choose Terri L. Boushon as our real estate agent - My wife and I decided nearly 20 months ago to relocate to Edmond, OK to be near our daughter. We consulted with my wifes brother, a real estate broker/agent in the Denver, CO area. Upon his search for viable real estate agents in Edmond, he narrowed the field to two agents with outstanding credentials and experience. He spoke with each agent and recommended that we contact Terri L. Boushon. Shortly after that, my wife contacted Terri for a preliminary consultation about our desires and when we could potentially be in Edmond to work with her. Mary Alice was very impressed with Terris knowledge of the market in Edmond, her candid responses to questions about the market, availability, and some of our wishes when purchasing a home.
