ZillowVERIFIEDBecause of my very specific wish list. It took a year to find my perfect home. Terrell stuck by us the whole time, checking in, sending emails. I did lots of drive by's , when I found a home that I thought might work,Terrell was always ready to show it. Terrell called one day and stated I think I found it!!! The home had only been on the market minutes and Terrell was calling. Well he was right, we put in an offer, and we just closed last week. I might add that this home had two back up offers. If it hadn't been for Terrell's attention to detail and quick call to me, we would have been the back up offer. Terrell is honest, candid, and really works for his clients & in my opinion you cant ask for more then that!!!
