Terra Shoaf

Terra began her career in Real Estate with new home construction sales in 1999, while in college pursuing her degree. After spending a full year interning with a large local builder, this is where her passion for Real Estate and helping people achieve their new home & real estate goals began and continued into the present. 23+ years later the passion continues with over $495 Million in combined closed transactions (resale & new construction) and counting! It's more than a passion, it's a lifestyle~ It's easy to succeed if you love what you are doing everyday! Outside of Real Estate, Terra enjoys spending time with her family and 3 children (2 in college and one in middle school). They are very active in sports, so she spends most of her free time traveling from practices to games, and out of town tournaments. In her spare time, you will find her spending time with family & friends, running, staying active, and traveling.
