While I love working with all types of clients- First time home buyers have a soft spot in my heart. As in all areas, there is a price range that homes are swooped up in as soon as they hit the market. Having several first time home buyers in this range, can be hard and emotionally draining for buyers who miss out on a showing or able to offer more than list price. Being creative with my offer writing has been a huge benefit to my buyers. They may not be able to always offer the best price, but together we stategize an offer that is appealing. This recently happned this past week. Had buyers who could not find a house in their price range so we did something that was bold. We looked at a home that was slightly above their price range. We could not offer the full price, but we did add other components to the offer that ultimatly won them the home.

I was working for school district and had summers off. My husband was also do real estate part ime ( he was a teacher too). After 9 months of working real estate part time, I loved it so much that I decided to change careers. That was 2015 and I have been full time and loving it since.

I have several certifications and designations. I obtained by Brokers license in January 2023
