When you plan on buying real estate, you will no doubt find an endless number of realtors who will rush to offer their services and expertise. Since it has been over 25 years since purchasing a home, the anticipation of starting the buying process was both daunting and stressful and I wanted to avoid the pressure and hassle of dealing with pushy salespeople and find something without enlisting a realtor. Every step of our home buying adventure from search to closing day was handled and managed with excellence and we enjoyed how they didn't rush us into a purchase and were totally understanding when I had a mini freak out and decided to pull out of an offer in the middle of negotiations because I didn't feel 100% comfortable with the location. By working with the Knox Fox team, we gained a partner who was with us every step of the way to ensure that our home buying experience was enjoyable and with their guidance, we were able to close on our dream house within a few weeks and seamlessly navigate the potentially overwhelming pile of paperwork and logistics associated with homeownership.
