I recently sold my house in Adams County and Lindie Dehmlow of Pavelec was the selling agent representing the buyers. Her clients had a horrible USDA 110% financing loan with a laundry list of contingencies yet we went out of our way to work with them to make their home ownership dream a reality. After helping them fulfill the requirements of their bad loan, we were punished by being forced by Lindie and Pavelec to pay commission on their loan costs and their half of the new well, money we weren't making on the sale. My realtor, the listing agent, happily removed his half of the commission when we pointed out the error, but Lindie decided we still deserved to pay extra for helping her clients. If you want to pay extra commission on money you aren't making so Lindie and Pavelec can line their pockets, they are the agent and broker for you!

Lindie Made buying a house such a breeze and did an outstanding job assisting us in buying a home. Being first time home buyers She made sure to go above and beyond for my family. Lindie explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker, to closing. Great environment, professional and nice people, clean and beautiful office set up. They care about their clients and train their agents frequently so they are always updated with whats going on in the market. We get to appreciate Lindie and Pavelec Realty even more now as wonderful neighbors and became very good friends of ours! Would totally work with them again!
