Teresa was so helpful and patient with us during this process. Teresa was our listing agent and went above and beyond to stage our house to optimize photos and attractiveness for the future buyer. She even purchased home accessories to enhance the rooms (including curtains that our buyers loved). She communicated with us frequently throughout the entire process, providing feedback after the open house and showings, which enabled us to continue to make small improvements to enhance the home. We were impressed with how she advocated for us during the contract negotiation phase to make sure it was a win/win situation.
