ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I are considering a move back to California. We made travel plans to look at homes and Zillow connected us with Teresa. I gave her one star for local knowledge and responsiveness because although Teresa called me, she pretty much blew us off when I told her that I had questions about the property based on the hazard map that I saw on Zillow. The house is over 100 years old and is listed for about 800K and is perched at the bottom of an historical gold dredging site, so naturally there are questions about the structural integrity (as in, incomplete chimney structures above non-load bearing walls, tripping hazards, flooding in the backyard, etc.). As we were heading up to Nevada City to make the appointment Zillow scheduled for us, Teresa hastily back tracked on the phone saying she had another appointment and would call us back. She never did. Honestly surprised at all the 5-star ratings on this page given her inability to demonstrate professionalism in showing a questionable, apparently grossly overpriced home.
