I asked about purchasing a portfolio she has on the MLS. She started to brush me off and I asked her if she is here to represent her client or just showcasing his houses to boost her image. She told me off explicitly. She took it so far as to pull up my personal address, criminal background, and liens and send it to me... As a threat I assume. Aside from taking the time to send me personal infromation, she thinks outward image is more important than taking potential buyers serious.. I would leave a link to show proof of the conversation, only I do not want my review being taken down.

Hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with! Super professional and knowledgable! Teresa sold my rental property in Lafayette, LA. I live in Austin, TX so I was not able to be hands on with the process of getting the property ready for sale, but with Teresa I didn't have to. She has a team of people who were able to get the property ready for sale after being occupied by renters for a few years. She turned a prior rental into a turnkey home ready for a new owner. It sold very fast. She has an eye for design and her work is impeccable. I've worked with several realtors across Louisiana and Texas, and Teresa is by far the best!
