She chose excellent contractors, and selected materials personally, limiting our decision-making. The renovations to the two bathrooms elevated the sale price many more times than what we put into it. Her design eye is skilled, proving she knows what potential homebuyers are looking for. She took care of everything, dealt with a difficult tenant, kept us informed, got multiple offers, and guided us through the entire process. By the time she and her associates (contractor, designer, gardener, etc) were done, the house looked so beautiful that I began to wish I could keep it! The house looks better than ever, with incredible improvements. The counter space was nearly doubled, and there is a much more open look to the living room now, with a kitchen island that will make entertainment a pleasure. Teresa also showed excellent judgement in deciding what items needed to be replaced & what could be left. I can't recommend her highly enough!
