We had a great experience with Terence. He communicated with us professionally over the phone, through text and in person throughout all times of day. For our first encounter he was able to immediately show us a house and was available a full day to view a list of houses that same week. Terence was also very knowledgeable about what house would be best for us, considering we were first time home buyers. He made it very clear that we were in no rush to close on any home, allowing us to feel comfortable throughout the house hunting journey until we said yes! Throughout the closing process and prior, Terence also thoroughly explained the process and was able to virtually send documents for signing/review. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making an offer to working with a mortgage banker. Overall, I'm glad we worked with Terence for our first home buying experience and we appreciate his help throughout the whole process!

Terence is committed to helping out everyone in the best way possible! We were looking for small investment properties and he was willing to show us anything on our list that other realtors might've felt inconvenienced by. He is knowledgable about all aspects of the home buying/selling process and helps out in every way possible. The level of care we received makes me want to stick with Terence for all future investment properties and the next primary residence upgrade. The only think to keep in mind is there may be slight delays in response or being late once in a while but that's because he's giving all his clients quality service and when it's your turn you will have all his attention. I only say that so you don't give up on him when you don't get an instant response because you'd be missing out going with someone else.
