Teodora is extremely thorough and knowledgeable with the Real Estate Market and transaction. She took the extra time to explain the home buying and selling process as we were going through and that cut down on our stress a lot! She was able to get us a great price on our home which we had lived in for many years. We had originally listed with a big-name Real Estate company, but it felt like we weren't getting anywhere and that they really didn't listen to what we had to say or what we wanted. So, we looked to Teodora and her team, and were pleasantly surprised every step of the way. Teodora worked hard and delivered results in a short timeframe! When it was time to buy a home once ours was finally under contract Teodora and her team made sure everything was planned out and ready for our bid. We were a bit picky with what we wanted and didn't think we would find something even thinking we were going to have to rent for a while but Teodora went above and beyond our expectations to find us the home of our dreams! Teodora was very helpful and patient through out the entire process. My wife and I had dealt with a couple of realtors that didnt really work out and Teodora was the perfect choice!
