About Ted Nordgaarden
I joined CB Sudderth Nelson the beginning this year when I obtained my real estate license for the first time. Thought I am a new agent, I have experience buying and selling realestate for over 30 years. I am a veteran, retired from the US ARMY National Guard and I also have 4 years active duty Air Force. I am completely familiar with the process of TDY and PCS, so I have support any of your needs either coming to our community/Holloman Air Force Base or if it's time to move on. My am also a retiree from the Alaska State troopers, where I lived for 18 years. I have a total of 46 years in public safety. I have a unique skill set and can use my past training and experience to best servce you in this community, I love Alamogordo and it location. We are very close to so much and it takes little time to travel. I must admit I don't miss shoveling 10 feet of snow from my drive way but I can drive 15 minutes to Cloudcroft and we are back in the snow!!. So please, let me assist you in next realestate endeavor.
