Ted Moreland

Ted was born in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2001. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Communications. After college, Ted moved to Manhattan and worked for Sony Music in the Marketing Department for over 7 years. Wanting to raise a family outside of NYC, he relocated to Charlotte and hasn't looked back since. In 2001, he began working in the mortgage world as a loan officer. He excelled at his job because of his desire to always help people, no matter what. He always made sure the client understood every step in the home purchasing process and doing his best to eliminate any surprises. Ted joined Traver Realty in 2015 and loves every aspect of home buying. Ted's experience in the mortgage world, and his knowledge of Charlotte will help ensure that he finds the right home for you. Ted has a wife, Lisa and 2 wonderful kids. His passions include people, music, exercise, working on projects throughout the house (and of course is a huge Steelers fan).
