We met Ted when we purchased our home in Randolph, he was the sellers agent. Without our own agent, Ted stepped up and guided us through our purchase. His professionalism, friendliness and knowledge left such an impression, that we always kept him mind. 18 years later, when we made the decision to sell our home this year, there was no doubt who we wanted to list with. Ted took us through every stage of the process.. assessing the market, creating a realistic timeline, preparing the home, photos, advertising, showings (not to mention answering all of our questions)... culminating with an offer we could not have been happier with within 1 week of listing.
