Tim was willing to go above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. The thing that stood out to me was his patience and honesty. He was willing to work in my timeline to make sure I was comfortable and willing to show as many houses as necessary (which was almost certainly above the average amount for me) to find the perfect fit. The conundrum Ive always had with realtors is their commission directly correlates to how much I spend on the house. I can attest to Tims persistence as he constantly fought for a better price since my price range was rather fixed. He truly cared more about my experience as a buyer than his commission and for that reason I would recommend him to friends and family alike.
