Mario did a wonderful jobs selling our home in Aptos Ca. He put a lot of energy in finding a buyer for the property and keeping us informed through the process in selling a home in the area. Mario took the time to answer our questions and he knows the real estate market in the area extremely well. After the sale was complete and we had moved to another city he called to see if we had settled in and if the move went as planned. Mario is unequivocably the most competent and hardest working realtor in the San Lorenzo Valley. I wanted to live in the forest but had no idea what living in an off-grid home would entail. Mario was more than happy to help me make my dream a reality. He walked me through every step of the buying process, meeting with me for every inspection (which was also a learning experience) and planning subsequent improvements that needed to be done to make living in the redwoods possible for me. I have relied on Marios advice and connections for everything I needed, before and after the purchase, including reasonably priced plumbers and solar experts. Buying or selling a home is enormously stressful, but Mario made the process a wonderful experience. He is a true professional and a delightful person to get to know. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
