Mario is hands down the best realtor Ive worked with! He helped me sell a challenging property in Boulder Creek that I thought would be nearly impossible to move. The property needed a lot of work, and Mario was there every step of the way, helping with everything from contracting repairs to the final sale. This is a long time coming! Mario and his team blew me away during our process. We were buying a new house and selling our old house WITH a newborn. We had been looking for a space for the last 6 years. We were feeling so wildly discouraged and we met Mario. The FIRST place he showed us was the one. Mario was so on top of everything, he had us on the phone with his staging team, his loan people, we had our old place staged and the media team came and did their thing, we had our apartment listed and sold in three days! When we finished the whole process Mario was checking in on us all along the way. He even had a new member of his family be born and he still checked in on us and how our son was doing. A year later our aunt moved back into town and he was our very first recommendation for her. He helped her find her perfect place in Soquel and set her up with a whole team of contractors for her remodel. You really know with Mario he has you covered! To say he goes above and beyond is underestimating him and his team.
