Tchaka helped my parents sell a property while they were living several states away. He treated them like they were his own family and well well above and beyond to help us out. The property was in Boca and 2+ hours from where he lived but he made several trips on his own to help clear out the property and meet with contractors and handle the overall logistical challenges that occurred. He did way more than I would have ever expected from a real estate agent, let alone a close family friend. That on top of his incredible work ethic, positive and fun loving personality, makes him the perfect agent to work with. Thank you so much for everything you did to help my family, Tchaka! We searched several houses from Cocoa,Florida down to Sebring, Florida. I was in the process of selling my house in Cape Coral, Florida. Because of the travel distance, Tchaka would do a visual on his phone and let me know the pros and cons of each home. it was nice having the advantage of our phones and not traveling to all the separate areas. I settled on Sebring, Florida a real hometown.

Tchaka is the absolute best in real estate agents. Having previously been a real estate agent in NY, I was looking for someone that would be honest and truthful. I was looking for an agent that would dome in with an overinflated/underinflated listing price. Tchaka always followed up after showings, of course when possible, because not all agent would provide feedback. If we are ever looking for something to buy again we would definitely use him again. In fact, when we sold our house in NY, I left a message for him explaining that I wish all agents were as professional, knowledgeable and as conscientious in NY.

Tchaka was an excellent realtor. He was diligent and on top of things. He made the process very easy and always did a great job of keeping me in the loop even when things were coming together in the background. He did a good job of helping me close quickly and with no hiccups. He is a very fun and interesting person and it will definitely not be boring during your house hunt. I would reccomend him to all my friends and family.

Ivette and I were amazed with his knowledge of Florida real estate laws. Our purchase was not an easy purchase because the property was taken over by the bank. He immediately contacted the banks attorney and told them that Ivette and I were interested in the property. The attorney gave him the banks contact information and he immediately went to work for us. He went above and beyond our expectations and was able to work out a deal with the bank for us to purchase the property within a reasonable amount of time. The bank was trying to give us an unreasonable deadline and he stood his ground and fought for us. We acquired the property which is 2 miles from Hollywood beach which was very important to us. He also rented the property for us because we can not immediately relocate but we were happy with his professionalism and his persistence in representing us. If I can say anything it is that he will have your best interest in mind when representing you.
