ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I bought our first home with TC as our Relator. Before finding TC I did research on what to look for in a Realtor. We quickly knew TC was the right guy for us, friendly, personable, knowledgable, and just nice. We looked in the areas of Loma Linda and Redlands for about 6 weeks and then decided to make an offer. With his negotiation we were able to get what we felt was a good deal on a home. During the searching process TC was very flexible with hours to show us houses and was very quick to respond to emails (even after 9 pm) and calls. Of course he was professional the whole time. What I liked the most, and what he is still doing after the close of escrow is answering any questions and concerns I have and continues to be nice. In other words he didn't just drop us like a sack of potatoes after escrow closed. Since TC works out of the Keller Williams Realty office he always had backing behind him which is nice and not something you get with people who Realtors on the side. Another great experience we had was just the fact that we felt like TC's only client (of course he had other clients at the same time and was in other escrows). He also never dropped the ball during escrow. Everything was always done on his side and I never had to double check with him. Some people might not appreciate a job well done when there is nothing dramatic but it was clear to me that TC was on his game and because of this helped us close escrow in a record 19 days. I really recommend TC as a realtor, he gets the job done and is great at it.
