Taylor Hamel is a proud, life-long Woodbury and Watertown resident who wants to share all that Litchfield, New Haven, and Fairfield Counties have to offer with anyone who shows an interest. Two hours after reaching out on the Drakeley Real Estate website to sell our home in Woodbury, CT, we received an email from Taylor OKeefe Hamel and planned to meet a few days later. We immediately recognized her personable demeanor, professionalism, and real estate experience to be an asset in selling our home quickly. A native of the area, Taylor, knows the communities she serves extremely well, and she sees the strengths in a home and neighborhood that make it a good investment for a buyer. Her price evaluation was realistic, and she listens to her clients, encouraging their input throughout the process. Taylor consistently remained in contact with us, and we welcomed her emails/phone calls wherein she provided us with updates. Overall, the entire house selling process, which for many is often stressful, was not due to her ability to oversee things from beginning to end as we trusted she would from our first meeting to closing within 42 days.
