ZillowVERIFIEDShe is the best agent. We hired her when searching for an investment property. I was eager to buy anything in my price range while my husband was more logical. She would advise us when she felt the home we were looking at wasn't a wise decision. Which had me be build so much trust in her. We finally found a 3 family in our hometown! 1 of only 3, multi family homes in the town. She scored us a great deal!! Now my husband takes the kids there every week to mow the grass! It has been a great investment so far. A couple months later I became my grandathers executor of his estate. A year later my grandmother passed and the home that was in family for decades had to be listed. The house was on the brink of foreclosure. I knew that she was the only person that could handle such a delicate situation. I was very emotional. She had us under contract within 72 hours of listing. We got served with a foreclosure notice ONE day before closing. That is how close we were to loosing my grandparents home. We didn't! Now we can move forward with probate. (the estate had zero dollars in it when my gpa passed so it was something very hard to financially save) The closing randomly was on what would have been my grandfathers 97th birthday! Taylor handled the entire process like a pro. There are NO words that can describe how difficult and how amazing she has been!!
