During our time working with Taylor our family suffered a tremendous loss but she could not have been more compassionate, really showing her personal attention to us. Our settlement process became a slight debacle (not our on end) but Taylor remained patient with us (and professionally aggressive with the responsible party) as we relentlessly emailed, texted and called looking for a resolution. Honestly, we could go on and on about why Taylor was a true gem. There is ZERO QUESTION about if we would use Taylor in the future - she is the best!!
