Greg was phenomenal. Both myself and my significant other not only enjoyed working with Greg, but we liked him as a personal beyond just a professional. He was very candid and open with us. He knew that we have never bought a home before and have never used an agent will looking previously. That being said, he never once made us feel ignorant or distrusting of him. Not only was he transparent with us, he was incredibly timely. Additionally, he made the whole process as easy as such a thing could be. Rich and his team were amazing throughout the buying process. Rich was super responsive to all my needs and questions. I am moving back to Cincy from out of town and he devoted entire days to showing me a very long list of potential properties when I was in town for a visit. We found one, thankfully that fit all my needs, and he helped guide me toward a decision based on what he learned about me along the way. I never felt like any of my questions were dumb even though I did an awful lot of thinking out loud, haha! The buying process was pretty smooth despite a complication along with way with the sale of my current house, and he even helped me out with attending the closing and finding a cleaning person to put a good scrub on the house before I got there. Overall, it was a superior experience and I would highly recommend this team to anyone who values that personal touch when it comes to customer service!
