Rich is a very good realtor; very knowledgeable, personable, and responsive - day or night and on weekends. He helped us remove a pair of unwanted washer and dryer *after* the sale was over. My only nit with him was he pushed back hard when I wanted the carpets be cleaned as a condition of the sale. He said it just wasnt done in Ohio. He eventually relented and the seller readily accepted that condition. A similar situation when I wanted the seller to have the entire inspection report. All in all, I would still recommend him and would use him again.
