We had an incredible experience working with Taylor while buying investment properties far from our primary home. We trusted his guidance and intentions from day one. He made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and surprisingly easy and he knows Temple and the surrounding markets like the back of his hand. He went above and beyond -- getting in to see properties for us, giving honest feedback, spotting details we would have missed, and advocating for us every step of the way. We never felt out of the loop despite the distance. His communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, which gave us a ton of confidence in our decisions. He has even followed up after and has helped us in managing the properties post purchase which has saved us money in feeling like we need to make multiple trips out to the area. We were able to create a team in Temple so efficiently and with almost no issues because he is also an investor RE agent and has a team that he works with and trusts. We only had a month of downtime before both properties were rented and they've been rented since. If you're looking to invest remotely or just want an agent who is knowledgeable, proactive, and truly invested in your success, we can't recommend him enough. Absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. I wish we could buy 5 more properties with him (maybe one day!)
