I'd give Taunya more than 5 if I could. She could negotiate the weather if necessary. She has ways of doing things that bring out all of her unique qualities as a real estate agent. She came through for us 1,000%, and the home we bought was appraised at $50,000 lower than accepted offer. Taunya went the extra mile to find more comparable homes for the appraisal and got it raised to our offer. Fantastic

Taunya was an awesome realtor! We first met her 2 years ago to get an idea on how much our house would be worth on the market. Taunya made such an impression on us that when we were ready to put our house on the market we knew we wanted her as our realtor. We had many request for her in the sale of our house and she accomplished all of them. She got our sell date earlier than we had hoped for. She was always giving me updates in a text and followed up with a email also. She was very prompt at answering me back via text or email when I contacted her. She also got the buyers to let us live rent free for a month after we closed. I would highly recommend her to everyone. She made it possible for our our dreams to come true for building our next house!

We had used Taunya in the past to purchase a home and we knew that if an opportunity ever presented itself that we would use her again. That opportunity presented itself a few months back. We received a random message on Facebook asking to buy our house. We forwarded it to Taunya and she confirmed it was legitimate and began to negotiate with the agent on our behalf. She asked us what it would take for us to sell. We figured 15k over what we purchased the home for would have sufficed. Taunya was able to talk the buyers up to 100k over purchase price (with no contingencies)!!! We were floored, and obviously signed the contract. When it came time to purchase our current home, Taunya once again demonstrated her negotiation skills and helped us navigate a low appraisal, saving us an additional 10k on the purchase price of our home. At the end of the day there is no one else I'd rather have in our corner. Taunya's belief in a "win-win" for both parties, while fighting hard for our interests is exactly the reason why we knew we had to use her again...and are so glad we did. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen but Taunya is the real deal. A true professional. If you are looking for an agent, stop. You've already found her.
