Most homebuyers and sellers deal with real estate on a part-time basis -- that is, when they're not at work or caring for their family. As a working mother of four kids, Tasha Baza completely understands, and as a real estate professional, she's resolved to make the process as easy and seamless as possible for her clients. Tasha started working when she was 14 and helped lease luxury apartments to put herself through college, earning a bachelor's degree in business management. Since then, her professional background has been centered on customer service through active listening, empathy, and achieving her customers' goals. She brings all of these skills to work every day as a Realtor(R). In fact, client service is Tasha's prime motivation. "As my husband and I always say, find something where you can help others and you will be fulfilled in life," she says. Having lived in the Bay Area most of her life, she knows the challenges of navigating the local market. She wants to show her clients what is possible and that homeownership is more than just a dream -- it's a dream she can make come true for them. Away from work, Tasha spends precious time with her husband and kids. She's an avid foodie who likes sampling local fare, but she also works out, stays fit, and loves to travel. Maui is one of her favorite destinations, but any California beach is fine by her.
