ZillowVERIFIEDTaryn was helpful in every way imaginable from the start of our house hunt until the day we finally closed on the right house for our family. She was very good at helping us narrow down houses based on our ?must haves? and at pointing out when we shouldn?t compromise for less of a house than what we wanted. Taryn was also extremely helpful on the financial side of our home purchase in helping us stay in constant communication with our home loan specialist. One of the best parts of our experience was how Taryn included all five of our children by making it fun for them and by making their opinions feel valued in the decision making process. Taryn made house hunting a fun and easy thing that we actually looked forward to despite our hectic work schedules and busy family life. Because of Taryn, we didn?t settle and now have the perfect home for our family. I would also like to point out that we do not live close by to Taryn?s traditional home sales market, but she was always willing to drive approximately an hour out of her way to show us as many houses as we had on our house hunting list. Despite the fact that most of the houses we looked at were outside of Taryn?s typical home sales area, she was always extremely knowledgeable about every property we looked at and was able to answer or get answers for all of our questions.
