Tara Thomas

I am a NC Native through and through. I was born in Raleigh and have lived in several areas of NC, from the east coast to the mountains. My family still resides in nearby Washington, Bertie and Beaufort counties. My favorite area of North Carolina is the Outer Banks, where I have lived for the past 5 years.

I grew up in eastern NC and lived in Raleigh for over 20 years. After spending a few years in the beautiful, historic Edenton area I moved to the Outer Banks. I started my career as a travel agent before becoming a Realtor in 2006. My real estate background includes corporate relocation, marketing and sales. These skills uniquely qualify me to market your home, and provide excellent customer service for my buyers and sellers.

I have 2 children in high school and a much loved chihuahua. I love history, re-purposing antique/vintage furniture and attending auctions and flea markets all across the state. I also love the beach, especially in the spring and fall, when photography opportunities are at their finest.
