My husband and I were so happy we selected Tara Stark to represent us in selling our home earlier this year. Tara was extremely professional, kept us on top of deadlines and helped with every step of the process. The level of professional photographs her team provided were incredible and really helped to showcase our home. We owned a horse property and her knowledge and expertise with these types of homes in our area was so helpful in preparing our house for listing and marketing our listing. It resulted in our home being under contract in less than a week of listing with a cash offer over asking price! We never met Lucas in person until the day we arrived from out of state to go look at homes. He was referred to us from a friend who lived in the area we were looking to buy. We only had 3 days to view and tour homes and was able to make a decision and offer on one we really fell in love with. He was honest and negotiated what we felt we needed. Was very responsive when we called or texted. Made a very stressful situation much easier for my family.
